This portrait is painted in a Contemporary pop style in mixd-media over a substrate composed of authentic vintage baseball trading cards. The 32-year-old has established himself as one of the best players in Astros history, becoming an eight-time All-Star, one-time AL MVP, and two-time World Series champion. (Altuve owns a lifetime .307/.362/.468 slash line with 192 home runs, 696 RBIs, and 279 stolen bases across 1,578 games.)
