Each Jamie Wells Art piece is more than just an image—it’s an expression of creativity and craftsmanship. All rights to artwork remain exclusively with Jamie Wells Art, even after purchase. This applies to original paintings, commissions, prints, and any future reproductions.
What this means for you:
Purchasing an artwork does not grant you permission to mint it as an NFT, reproduce, print, distribute, or use it for profit in any way.
Collectors are always welcome to share their purchased artwork on social media. We love seeing our art in its new home! However, any modifications, reproductions, or commercial use require prior written permission.
If you’re interested in licensing or collaborating on a custom project, reach out—we’d love to explore possibilities.
Your new artwork deserves to be handled with care! Once an item is in your possession, Jamie Wells Art is no longer responsible for any damage caused by mishandling, improper framing, or environmental factors.
Fine art prints and originals should be handled with clean, dry hands to prevent smudging or fingerprint marks.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, humidity, and harsh environmental conditions that could cause fading or damage over time.
If framing, we recommend working with a professional to ensure the longevity of your artwork. That said, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping mishaps or a rare production defect, we will make it right.
We stand behind the quality of every piece that leaves our studio.
Each artwork is processed with care and attention. Estimated processing times can be found in individual product descriptions.
Our studio is a small, dedicated team ensuring that each order meets our quality standards before shipping. While we do our best to ship promptly, high demand—especially after live painting events—may occasionally cause slight delays.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your artwork’s journey home.
We currently ship domestically and internationally, though transit times vary based on location and carrier services.

White Glove Service for paintings larger than: 36x48 inches.
Average Cost: $600-$1200
The white-glove carrier will leave the artwork boxed until delivery at your home. Following receipt, the white glove carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Upon arrival, the white glove carrier will bring the artwork inside. Installation is not included.
Inspection Upon Delivery
We have a great track record with shipping oversized artwork, but mistakes do happen in the world of freight despite our best efforts. Upon receipt, please thoroughly inspect the Box for any sign of damage. If there is any sign of damage, please make note on the delivery paperwork prior to signing and please take photos of the damage before the box is opened. Then please notify us immediately.
Installation
White glove service does not include installation. We are happy to help research professional art installers in your delivery area. Please contact us for assistance.
Transport Alternative: iTransport4u
If receipt of the artwork is not time sensitive, we will quote transit via iTransport4u, a California-based fine art shuttle service offering door-to-door service via their fleet of delivery vans. The artwork is picked up and transported from our studio to your home by a dedicated driver experienced in fine art handling. On average, scheduling to delivery requires 4-6 weeks with a cost between $600-$1200
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Original Artwork
All sales of original artwork are final. Before purchasing, please carefully review the dimensions, details, and images to ensure the piece is the right fit for your collection. If you have any questions about an original painting before buying, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to provide additional photos or information.
Prints & Reproductions
We want you to love your artwork! If there is an issue with your order, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve it.
We strive to provide accurate color representation in our images, but screens and device calibrations can vary. For the best color preview, we recommend checking the artwork on multiple screens before purchasing.
All sales of prints and reproductions are final, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
Return shipping for non-defective items is the buyer’s responsibility. For items that arrived damaged in transit, Jamie Wells Art will cover return shipping costs.
