Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork are final. Before purchasing, please carefully review the dimensions, details, and images to ensure the piece is the right fit for your collection. If you have any questions about an original painting before buying, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to provide additional photos or information.

Prints & Reproductions

We want you to love your artwork! If there is an issue with your order, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve it.

We strive to provide accurate color representation in our images, but screens and device calibrations can vary. For the best color preview, we recommend checking the artwork on multiple screens before purchasing.

All sales of prints and reproductions are final, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

Return shipping for non-defective items is the buyer’s responsibility. For items that arrived damaged in transit, Jamie Wells Art will cover return shipping costs.
