Solimar Breeze

One of the first plein air paintings where I switched to using oils, "Solimar Breeze" captures the spirit of a beautiful day at Solimar Beach. I quickly painted the seascape while my husband and daughter enjoyed a game of volleyball on the shore. Solimar is the perfect beach for sunshine-filled days and family fun, and I wanted to convey the joy and serenity of the scene through every brushstroke.
